Timothy II chapter 4

Timothy II 4:1: ^{A + B} Weitwodja in andwairþja gudis jah fraujins Xristaus Iesuis, saei skal stojan qiwans jah dauþans bi qum is <jah> þiudinassu is:; — διαμαρτύρομαι ἐνώπιον τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ χριστοῦ ἰησοῦ, τοῦ μέλλοντος κρίνειν ζῶντας καὶ νεκρούς, καὶ τὴν ἐπιφάνειαν αὐτοῦ καὶ τὴν βασιλείαν αὐτοῦ:; — I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
Timothy II 4:2: ^A merei waurd, instand uhteigo unuhteigo, gasak, gaþlaih, gahvotei in allai usbeisnai jah laiseinai.; ^B merei waurd, stand ohteigo unuhteigo, gasak, gaþlaih, gahvotei in allai usbeisnai jah laiseinai.; — κήρυξον τὸν λόγον, ἐπίστηθι εὐκαίρως ἀκαίρως, ἔλεγξον, ἐπιτίμησον, παρακάλεσον, ἐν πάσῃ μακροθυμίᾳ καὶ διδαχῇ.; — Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
Timothy II 4:3: ^A wairþiþ mel þan haila laisein ni usþuland, ak du seinaim lustum gadragand sis laisarjans, suþjandans hausein;; ^B wairþiþ mel þan haila laisein ni usþuland, ak du seinaim lustum dragand sis laisarjans, suþjondans hausein;; — ἔσται γὰρ καιρὸς ὅτε τῆς ὑγιαινούσης διδασκαλίας οὐκ ἀνέξονται, ἀλλὰ κατὰ τὰς ἰδίας ἐπιθυμίας ἑαυτοῖς ἐπισωρεύσουσιν διδασκάλους κνηθόμενοι τὴν ἀκοήν,; — For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
Timothy II 4:4: ^{A + B} aþþan af sunjai hausein afwandjand, iþ du spillam gawandjand sik.; — καὶ ἀπὸ μὲν τῆς ἀληθείας τὴν ἀκοὴν ἀποστρέψουσιν, ἐπὶ δὲ τοὺς μύθους ἐκτραπήσονται.; — And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
Timothy II 4:5: ^{A + B} iþ þu andaþahts sijais in allaim, arbaidei, waurstw waurkei aiwaggelistins, andbahti þein usfullei.; — σὺ δὲ νῆφε ἐν πᾶσιν, κακοπάθησον, ἔργον ποίησον εὐαγγελιστοῦ, τὴν διακονίαν σου πληροφόρησον.; — But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.
Timothy II 4:6: ^{A + B} aþþan ik ju hunsljada jah mel meinaizos diswissais atist.; — ἐγὼ γὰρ ἤδη σπένδομαι, καὶ ὁ καιρὸς τῆς ἀναλύσεώς μου ἐφέστηκεν.; — For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.
Timothy II 4:7: ^{A + B} haifst þo godon haifstida, run ustauh, galaubein gafastaida;; — τὸν καλὸν ἀγῶνα ἠγώνισμαι, τὸν δρόμον τετέλεκα, τὴν πίστιν τετήρηκα:; — I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
Timothy II 4:8: ^A þaþroh galagiþs ist mis waips garaihteins, þanei usgibiþ mis frauja in jainamma daga, sa garaihta staua; aþþan ni þatainei mis, ak jah allaim þaiei frijond qum is.; ^B þaþro þan galagiþs ist mis waips garaihteins, þanei usgibiþ mis frauja in jainamma daga, sa <ga>raihta staua; aþþan ni þatainei mis, ak jah allaim þaiei frijond qum is.; — λοιπὸν ἀπόκειταί μοι ὁ τῆς δικαιοσύνης στέφανος, ὃν ἀποδώσει μοι ὁ κύριος ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ, ὁ δίκαιος κριτής, οὐ μόνον δὲ ἐμοὶ ἀλλὰ καὶ πᾶσι τοῖς ἠγαπηκόσι τὴν ἐπιφάνειαν αὐτοῦ.; — Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
Timothy II 4:9: ^{A + B} sniumei qiman at mis sprauto;; — σπούδασον ἐλθεῖν πρός με ταχέως:; — Do thy diligence to come shortly unto me:
Timothy II 4:10: ^A unte Demas mis bilaiþ, frijonds þo nu ald, jag~galaiþ du Þaissalauneikai, Xreskus du Galatiai, Teitus du Dalmatiai.; ^B unte Demas mis bilaiþ, frijonds þo nu ald, jah galaiþ du Þaissalauneikai, Krispus du Galatiai,; — δημᾶς γάρ με ἐγκατέλιπεν ἀγαπήσας τὸν νῦν αἰῶνα, καὶ ἐπορεύθη εἰς θεσσαλονίκην, κρήσκης εἰς γαλατίαν, τίτος εἰς δαλματίαν:; — For Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed unto Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus unto Dalmatia.
Timothy II 4:11: ^A Lukas ist miþ mis ains. Marku andnimands brigg miþ þus silbin, unte ist mis bruks du andbahtja.; ^B Lukas ist miþ mis ains. Marku andnimands brigg miþ þus silbin, unte ist mis bruks du andbahtja.; — λουκᾶς ἐστιν μόνος μετ' ἐμοῦ. μᾶρκον ἀναλαβὼν ἄγε μετὰ σεαυτοῦ, ἔστιν γάρ μοι εὔχρηστος εἰς διακονίαν.; — Only Luke is with me. Take Mark, and bring him with thee: for he is profitable to me for the ministry.
Timothy II 4:12: ^A aþþan Twkeiku insandida in Aifaison.; — τυχικὸν δὲ ἀπέστειλα εἰς ἔφεσον.; — And Tychicus have I sent to Ephesus.
Timothy II 4:13: ^A hakul þanei bilaiþ in Trauadai at Karpau qimands atbair jah bokos, þishun maimbranans.; — τὸν φαιλόνην ὃν ἀπέλιπον ἐν τρῳάδι παρὰ κάρπῳ ἐρχόμενος φέρε, καὶ τὰ βιβλία, μάλιστα τὰς μεμβράνας.; — The cloke that I left at Troas with Carpus, when thou comest, bring with thee, and the books, but especially the parchments.
Timothy II 4:14: ^A Alai[ai]ksandrus aizasmiþa managa mis unþiuþa ustaiknida; usgildiþ imma frauja bi waurstwam is;; — ἀλέξανδρος ὁ χαλκεὺς πολλά μοι κακὰ ἐνεδείξατο: ἀποδώσει αὐτῷ ὁ κύριος κατὰ τὰ ἔργα αὐτοῦ:; — Alexander the coppersmith did me much evil: the Lord reward him according to his works:
Timothy II 4:15: ^A þammei jah þu witai, filu auk andstoþ unsaraim waurdam.; — ὃν καὶ σὺ φυλάσσου, λίαν γὰρ ἀντέστη τοῖς ἡμετέροις λόγοις.; — Of whom be thou ware also; for he hath greatly withstood our words.
Timothy II 4:16: ^A in frumiston meinai sunjonai ni manna mis miþwas. ak allai mis biliþun, ni rahnjaidau im ....; — ἐν τῇ πρώτῃ μου ἀπολογίᾳ οὐδείς μοι παρεγένετο, ἀλλὰ πάντες με ἐγκατέλιπον: μὴ αὐτοῖς λογισθείη:; — At my first answer no man stood with me, but all men forsook me: I pray God that it may not be laid to their charge.
