^A iþ þaim liugom haftam anabiuda, ni ik, ak frauja, qenai fairra abin ni skaidan.

— τοῖς δὲ γεγαμηκόσιν παραγγέλλω, οὐκ ἐγὼ ἀλλὰ ὁ κύριος, γυναῖκα ἀπὸ ἀνδρὸς μὴ χωρισθῆναι
