^A ni hvop ana þans a[n]stans; iþ jabai hvopis, ni þu þo waurt[s] bairis, ak so waurts þuk.

— μὴ κατακαυχῶ τῶν κλάδων: εἰ δὲ κατακαυχᾶσαι, οὐ σὺ τὴν ῥίζαν βαστάζεις ἀλλὰ ἡ ῥίζα σέ.
