^A þandei ufarskafts weiha, jah daigs, jah jabai waurts weiha, jah astos.

— εἰ δὲ ἡ ἀπαρχὴ ἁγία, καὶ τὸ φύραμα: καὶ εἰ ἡ ῥίζα ἁγία, καὶ οἱ κλάδοι.

— For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.
