— ἀπεκρίθη αὐτῷ ἰησοῦς, εἰ κακῶς ἐλάλησα, μαρτύρησον περὶ τοῦ κακοῦ: εἰ δὲ καλῶς, τί με δέρεις;

— Jesus answered him, If I have spoken evil, bear witness of the evil: but if well, why smitest thou me?
